All Things Payments

If you are enrolled with Mr. Cooper to have your monthly mortgage payment automatically debited from your bank account, for most customers, this service will transfer as a convenience to you. Please note: If your automatic debit is not transferred to RoundPoint you will be notified within the Goodbye Letter you receive from Mr. Cooper.

Mr. Cooper will continue to draft scheduled payments until the dates noted below:

> For December 1 Transfers: through November 30, 2022

Starting the day of your transfer, RoundPoint will draft your scheduled payments on or after that date.

Please Note: If your automatic payment is scheduled between December 1 and December 11, your debit will occur between December 12 and December 15. Your January draft will resume on its originally scheduled date.

Already Made A Payment?

If you've submitted a payment to your prior servicer, the payment will be forwarded to us within 60 days of your transfer date. Please allow 7–10 days to account for mailing and receipt. If the payment has not been posted after that time, please confirm the payment was cleared with your financial institution. If the check has been cleared, please be prepared to share that record when you reach out to us. Instructions on where to send future payments can be found here.

The only thing that changes during a service transfer is who manages the loan:

  • Who manages your escrow
  • Who manages all your questions/account concerns

Please be assured the transfer of your mortgage loan does NOT affect any term or condition of the mortgage agreement. However, the transfer could impact fees charged by the new servicer to perform certain activities.
