GET WITH YOUR PROGRAM
Do you need to purchase or refinance? Review our loan programs and choose a loan with the right terms, including interest rate and other charges. We make it easy to see exactly what the loan will cost you.

CALL OR CLICK
After reviewing our loan programs, follow our easy-to-use application. Start-to-finish, it takes 15 minutes to apply online.

LOCK YOUR LOAN
When you complete the application, you can lock your loan and pay your appraisal fee using your credit card. Don’t worry, this is the only fee we collect up front.

SEND US YOUR DOCUMENTS
Next, we’ll send you a list of items we need: W2s, pay stubs, bank statements, etc. To keep the process moving on time, we need to receive these within 48 hours.

PROCESS
We take it from here, collecting all third-party items, such as: appraisal, title report and employment verification. We prepare the legal loan documents for you to sign at closing.

SIGN
If you’re purchasing a home, you can visit your attorney or escrow agency to sign the closing documents. If you’re refinancing, we’ll send a mobile notary to your house. The whole process takes under 90 minutes.

7

FUND AND CLOSE
For a refinance, funding takes place three business days after closing; For a purchase, the closing and funding typically occur on the same day.
